We are recruiting for a Credit Control Assistant in our Scotland office.
Job purpose and overall objective
This role involves supporting an experienced credit controller who is responsible for the management and collection of a large, consolidated sales ledger for a substantial client with multiple hotel properties. The successful candidate will ensure that all tasks are completed in line with the agreed procedures, quality standards and deadlines. Responsibilities include reconciling of accounts, issuing statements, requesting remittances, maintaining and updating records, posting receipts and liaising with clients and customers.

The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of Higher Grade, with previous experience in office administration and have an understanding of credit control. The individual will be an excellent communicator, diligent and methodical, organised, numerate and confident in using various IT systems.
