We have several opportunities to join our Client Services team in Jersey as an Assistant Administrator.


Job purpose & overall objective

The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the client services team. Responsibilities will include preparing payment instructions for review and approval, speaking with clients in the absence of the appointed administrator, ensuring payment documentation is passed to the bookkeeping department and providing general office support as required. 

Are you the person for this role?

The successful candidate will be interested in developing a good understanding of external regulations and legislation (e.g. anti-money laundering (AML)) and internal policies and procedures, including risk assessment and signing authority limits. Good organisation, time management, IT and communication skills and a desire to work towards a professional qualification is desirable.
