Administrator - Yachting & Aviation

Due to continued expansion across the group, we are recruiting for an Administrator - Yachting & Aviation in our Isle of Man office.


Job purpose and overall objective

To administer and manage a varied portfolio of corporate and trust ownership structures for ultra high-net-worth owners of superyachts & corporate aircraft.

Main responsibilities and duties

  • Liaising with clients, family offices, fiscal agents and professional advisers as required
  • Registering clients' yachts and aircraft globally 
  • Arranging for the review and approval of sale and purchase agreements, chartering contracts etc.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records for the vessels
  • Carrying out periodic reviews of client files

Essential experience and qualifications

  • Between one to three years' experience in the CSP/TSP industry
  • Working knowledge of a variety of tax/VAT compliance and commonly used tax structuring for yachting and aviation structures

Desirable experience and qualifications

  • Possess or be studying towards a relevant qualification (e.g. STEP/ICSA)
  • Previous experience within the yachting & aviation industry
