Philip has held senior management positions in private and public international organizations, he has extensive management experience. Because of many years of work in the field of private equity and private equity funds, he has accumulated a lot of experience in these areas.

Following Arthur Andersen, he served as chief operating officer in Britain Aon, then at the end of 2007, as chief operating officer, joined the HBOS board of directors.
